you guys are not exactly informed - The Mystery of the Third Planet (Tayna Tretiey Planeti) was a Russian cartoon about a girl named Alice. She is a prominent character in the novel of Russian sci-fi author Kir Bulichev, and the cartoon was based on one of his novels. Adaptations of his work in the form of animation were made prior to and after MotTP, the latest one came out in 2009 and is a feature length animated film. The music was original, an although it could have been inspired by Captain Future, i highly doubt it, becasue: 1. Access to foreign animation and cinema was very, VERY limited, and 2. the music from Captain Future sounds nothing like the music from TTP!!!
