A little bit o heavy stuff.
Avenged Sevenfold were formed in California in 1999 as a metalcore act. Their first two albums are really standard for this style and caught no major attention, but their 2005 release City of Evil was a success that launched them from small clubs to stadiums and fame.
In the year 2005 they brought up something that was old and dull and no one really expected that Iron Maiden t-shirts will be something not for nerds and losers. Avenged Sevenfold brought up the old school heavy metal/glam style. The mix was spectacular. Of course most of the old school guys consider them a joke but who cares, they really have rock and roll and also some really impressive guitar work.
Their new album will be released somewhere around the end of 2007 and they promised that it will be something completely new. Well we just have to wait and meanwhile we can still listen to their awesome mix of modern and old-school music.

Avenged Sevenfold has changed my life, i love the music and i love how the guys treat life and their out look on it. They inspired me to pick up guitar and check out new music. I LOVE A7X!!!
