Optimus Rhyme
Optimus Rhume play in a relatively new genre called nerdcore. Generally nerdcore is a hip-hop (that is rhymed lamer than the classics like House Of Pain and Cypress Hill) with lyrics about nerds, science, geeks and related stuff. If you are interested you can check out Mc Lars, Mc Frontalot and Mc Hawking. Generally these bands have their albums available for download and the whole genre is oriented not on sales. Optimus Rhyme is one of the most interesting representatives of nerdcore, because their beats are played live by three guys and also the rapping skills of the MC are way better than in the most nerdcore bands.

3OH!3 is a great young duo from Bolder, Colorado, that combines crank rap in the vein of Lil Wayne with old school electronics and emu parts. A very interesting rap meets emo cocktail that has a great attitude, party groove and fits for any dance floor. The music is catchy, the lyrics are funny, so what more do you need from a good summer party album.
